These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply when you use parnidia.com and the services of MB Parnidia ("Parnidia", "we", "us"). By using the website or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you use our services on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

Our services are provided to businesses under a signed agreement or order form, together with a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). If anything in your agreement, order form or DPA differs from these Terms, the agreement, order form or DPA applies.
We build, launch and support AI agents and software for customer service, including AI Chat Agent, AI Voice Agent, AI Call Analytics and AI Helpdesk. The exact scope, features, launch timeline and support level for each client are set out in their agreement or order form. Launch timelines on our website are typical estimates and depend on the information and access you provide.
Some services can be tried for free for a limited period, as described when you sign up. A trial ends automatically unless you sign an agreement. We may end a trial early if it is misused.
Our AI agents generate replies automatically based on the knowledge, instructions and integrations you approve. AI can make mistakes, so you should review your agent's setup, keep your knowledge base up to date and offer a way for customers to reach a person. People are always told they are talking to an AI agent, as the EU AI Act requires.
Fees for setup and monthly plans are set out in your order form or on our pricing page. We invoice according to your agreement. Prices exclude VAT and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. When we process your customers' data, we do so as your processor under the DPA. Our security controls are described on our Security & Compliance page.
Each party keeps the other's non-public business information confidential and uses it only to perform the agreement, unless disclosure is required by law.
The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Parnidia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. Liability for our services is governed by your agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
The term of the services and how they can be ended are set out in your agreement. When the agreement ends, we delete your data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not alter a signed agreement unless both parties agree.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Lithuania, unless your agreement says otherwise.
